As part of the National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA) Club Standards Project, FC Wisconsin Eclipse Director of Coaching Christian Lavers presented an online webinar on "Best Practices in Youth Development in Top Clubs" on April 9.  The presentation covered the role of a Director of Coaching, hiring and developing staff, developing club culture, creating a club methodology and style, and representative training activities for different styles of play.
