At Wisconsin, Cara Walls has returned from injury and to her goal-scoring form, as she scored again in Wisconsin's 2-0 win over Ohio State. McKenna Meuer did the honors and was the game winning scorer for the Badgers in a 1-0 win over Purdue. Sunday saw Wisconsin drop a close game against Big 10 leader Penn State, in a match-up of the 2 best teams in the conference.
Club alums are scoring at a torrid pace at Marquette, as Mary Luba scored 2 and had 2 assists, and Mady Vicker and Jacie Jermier also joined in on the scoring in a 7-2 rout over Creighton. Luba scored again in a 1-1 tie against St. Johns, and Jacie Jermier was named Big East Defensive Player of the Week! Caroline Fink and Maggie Edlebeck also featured in Marquette's 1-0 win over Xavier on Sunday.
Cassidy Blanchard has been a regular starter for UWM, who settled for a 1-1 tie against Cleveland State.
With Mariah Vichich still out with an injury, Monica and Valerie Gonyo both started for Loyola in a 1-2 loss to Valparaiso. Monica Gonyo was named Missouri Valley Goalkeeper of the Week a few weeks ago as well.
