Paul Sikinger Joins FC WI as Pre-ECNL Director

FC Wisconsin is excited to announce that Paul Sikinger will join the club for the 2021-22 season, becoming the club’s Pre-ECNL Director and responsible for development of players at the critical U11 and U12 age groups.  He will also work with players and teams in both the ECNL Club Competition and ECNL Regional League competition. 

"I am incredibly excited to join FC Wisconsin, and to work with the incredible staff and players at the club," said Sikinger.  "The club has been the leader in Wisconsin in developing players that go on to collegiate soccer and beyond, and I can't wait to get started."

Paul joins FC WI after serving as the Girls Director of Coaching for Strike FC for the past 2 years, having worked in the club in a variety of different positions since 2012.  He is also the varsity soccer coach at Germantown High School.  Over his career, Paul has worked with more than 50 players that have moved on to collegiate soccer, helping guide them in this process.

“We are really excited to have Paul become a part of our club,” said Christian Lavers, FC Wisconsin Director of Methodology.  “His character and reputation in the Wisconsin soccer community are fantastic, and he will have an immediate impact on our players and teams.”

Sikinger graduated from Cardinal Stritch with a degree in Sociology, and played collegiate soccer for both Stritch and the University of Wisconsin – Whitewater.  He holds a US Soccer “C” license.
