This summer FC Wisconsin has created 2 new programs for players looking to continue their development, or to give themselves a performance edge as they start the fall season.  These programs are unique in Wisconsin in their focus - each designed specifically for elite female youth soccer players.

U10-U13 Pre-Season Preparation Camp

The Pre-Season Preparation Camp will be held August 8-11, and is an opportunity for young players to increase their sharpness prior to the start of the fall season, and to learn new skills to work on as the fall season begins.  The camp will feature sessions on 1v1 attacking and defending concepts, ideas and methods of combination play in small groups, and ball-striking.  The camp is 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM, and is $250 for the week (including t-shirt).

U11-U19 Physical Performance Training Camp

Operated by Calvin Deutsch, founder of the Invincibility Project and the FC Wisconsin Sports Medicine Consultant, this program is designed to improve soccer-specific physical performance areas: strength and work capacity, reactive agility and multi-directional quickness, and movement mechanics.  The program is held on 6 evenings in July, and is designed to prepare players to begin pre-season training in August fresher, stronger, fitter, and with improved physical performance attributes.  The program is $150, or $175 with the inclusion of a personal recovery package (roller, mini-bands, and instructional video).

Both programs will be held at the FC Wisconsin Soccer Complex in Germantown, and are open to any female players.
