FC Wisconsin Eclipse is excited to announce that Allison Miller will be joining the FC Wisconsin Eclipse staff for the 2013 fall season!
Ally played college soccer for Marquette University, finishing her eligibility last season after helping Marquette to four straight Big East Divisional championships, and 4 straight NCAA tournaments. During her four year career at Marquette, she won almost every conceivable award in the Big East and at Marquette, including the following awards in her senior year:
In her youth career, Ally trained under the same developmental curriculum currently used at FC Wisconsin Eclipse, as she was coached by Christian Lavers since age 15, and through all of the summers of her collegiate career. As a youth player she led her team to 2 Regional Finals, the Surf Cup Final, and the Disney final – a list of performances that made them one of the most successful teams in Wisconsin history. She also helped lead her WPSL team to the 2010 WPSL Final Four.
"We are really excited to have another great role model join the club and help FC Wisconsin Eclipse players get better," said Director Christian Lavers. "Ally was an incredibly hard-working and tough player, and her work ethic and determination helped her be a tremendous leader and competitor. She will be able to talk and relate with our players as someone who has walked in their shoes, and knows what it takes to be successful and get better every day."
